I want to be friends with 'hesitant'.
Itās an advanced mindset skill, to hold these seemingly contradictory ideas at the same time. That something can be a gift AND it can be hard.
Itās valuable to know that youāre feeling some hesitation, and that it is coming from the thought that you have āso much work to do.ā
It is possible to make mistakes, to do things that we arenāt proud of and donāt want to repeat, without labeling ourselves as bad or wrong.

Without the starting point (the UNintentional model, in this case), itās impossible to create a map to navigate how you will get from point A to point B.
